Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted.
During high-volume seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Please note delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS/Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Lost or stolen packages marked delivered

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because candles may soften or melt in high temperatures, we are not responsible for heat-related damage caused during transit or after delivery. Please track your package and bring it inside promptly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@leilaswickedcreations.com with:

Order number
Photos of damage
Description of issue

We will review and work with you on a replacement if appropriate.
