All products are handmade in small batches, which means slight variations in color, appearance, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade nature of our products.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at checkout before orders are processed.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

4. Shipping

  • Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Customers assume responsibility for proper candle use. Always:

  • Burn within sight

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Never burn near flammable materials

  • Trim wick before each burn

  • Follow all safety labels provided

Leila’s Wicked Creations is not liable for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

Our candles, soaps, and body products are intended for general use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, branding, images, descriptions, and content are the property of Leila’s Wicked Creations and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time and are non-refundable once production begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leila’s Wicked Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse, or pricing errors.
